I began my wellness career during my senior year at UC Berkeley, working at the campus recreational sports facility as a personal trainer. Over the next 9 years, I completed over 800 hours of intensive Yoga & Pilates teacher training with Eoin Finn, Pete Guinosso, Ana Forrest, and Kiki Lovelace. The lineages I trained in were trauma-informed and rooted in principles of somatic healing taught by Bessel Van Der Kolk and Peter A. Levine. In addition to my paid client load, I volunteered at San Quentin State Prison and offered no-cost and sliding scale wellness and mindfulness services to the local community.

I got my Masters in Social Work at Cal Poly Humboldt in the spring of 2019, launched my therapy career in Sonoma County in February of 2020, and passed my LCSW exam in the spring of 2022. My areas of expertise include PTSD, C-PTSD, combat trauma, substance abuse, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, bipolar disorders, family systems, self-harm, disordered eating, and more. I have been very fortunate to work with people from all backgrounds and walks of life, and I take pride in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe container for self-actualization and healing.

My approach to therapy is evidence-based and solutions-focused, centering actionable coping skills and healthy routines that support long-term goals. It’s been an honor and a privilege to help clients access the strategies, resources and supports they need to truly live their best life. In the coming months, I’ll be expanding my offerings further, to include EMDR, DBT and Gottman style couples counseling.
